Beekeeping is purely a hobby for our family farm. While we enjoy the honey, wax and overly successful flower gardens, Paul finds peace around his winged buddies.

That said, here's a few reasons why we love honey:

• Raw honey has pollen particles, allowing people to naturally conquer allergies to the outdoors.

• It tastes great. The color and flavor of honey is influenced by the sources of pollen.
